This said it adds a percentage of attack based on w/e level u have it as in fire damage to regular arrows. What do they mean by regular arrows? Do they mean normal attacks?

    Yes, normal attacks. Non-skill attacks.

    Also, normal attacks under the influence of Spark effects still count, I believe.

    weapon % increase dmg from spark eruption.
    its your best skill, demon version adds 70% fire dmg for 20s and then 50% after, its your best skill period P:

    Spark Eruption is a skill available for all classes starting with level 29. What does it do? Well ...

    lev 1 - Discharge one Spark to add 150% weapon damage for 10 seconds. Grants invinciblity for 1 second after the discharge.

    lev 2 - When you hit lev 59 you will have available Advanced Spark Eruption, which is more powerful than the first one.
    Discharge two Spark to recover 10% of your maximum HP and add 300% weapon damage for 12 seconds. Grants invinciblity for 2 seconds after the discharge.

    lev 3 - At level 89 you will have to choose from a Demon Eruption or Celestial Eruption. They will add insane damage bonus and some other benefits!

    The ecatomb skill descriptions for demon/sage spark are wrong:

    Demon: +500% weapon +25% attack speed + 20% HP
    Sage: +500% weapon -25% damage taken + 20% HP
