Is there any command to block people from /w me while i level as i keep getting interrupted,

    Right click someones name and "blacklist".

    Use system settings and uncheck Private Message on one of the chat channels that you have

    Why move it to Beginners section, i'm level 7x and only just needed to use this feature, i bet there are loads of people even higher then me who done know how to do it
