Cant update the client

so i have the same problem like many others run as administrator the patcher start on version 37 and cant umdate it stops in console_cmd.txt i try manual patcher...and dont work either says something like connection failed try again later...why is that is supposed to be manually...i try using the east asia languages...gues what...dont work either

i read many posts and no one have a usefull solution....geez almost no one have a solution at all....i just wanna play the damn game...i remember playing it a while ago in the korea client with a english patch and was much more easier...so whats going on?
