    Well now. Im pretty sure Citadel has disbanded, seeing as juggernaut and alot of officers came to QQme.
    Also for QQme Antihero is new leader, and safelist is just Kingdom and Kylin

    Guilds rarely ever disband (and lvl 2 are incapable of disbanding). Most likely some noob has been given leadership, so if the new leader would like to update the information of Citadel they can post here. And I took Kylin away from the safelist as well in light of the new KoS with them and QQme. Should I add Crimson to the safelist? b:chuckle
