Wining an fb requisites

Well I want to solo fb79 and seeing as the fb is rather big, I pretty much have to use wines but I don't mind since the mats needed don't cost that much anyway. But when I go in and try to wine the fb, the wine guy always appears with a gray shield above his head even with the wines in my inventory. I tried doing in a troupe with a level 77 veno and nothing. Do I have to be over 79 for the wine to actually work or what? o.o

    according to pwdatabase the quest is for lvl 1+, so you should be able to wine it. Just make sure you have enough wines (2 Afterglow Wines) and - provided you are in a squad - are the leader.

    I had no trouble using wine at 72 solo, make sure you have 2 Afterglow Wine. If it still doesn't work maybe try relogging, and then send a ticket.
