Umm... How?

How do u bring your action bars back up. I do not have any of them. I clicked the button on right side of the action bar and it disappeared.

    i usually just relog to get them back.
    also hit the L button to read the lists of shortcuts.. may be in there also .. dont remember though

    I believe action bar you refering to those icons like 'fly', 'attack', etc etc..

    You can press 'E' on your keyboard for it...

    Press the same button again (arrow on the right).

    Yeah there is a bar on the bottom also, if you click the same button you pressed on the first bar, they will both re-appear
