Wings vanish, you fall.

Just to let everyone know that when the time runs out on the wings from the supply box they vanish and you fall if you are flying, i was AFK at the time flying across the map and fell into a lot of angry mobs, what a waste of a lot of my charm. Then realised i left my other wings in the bank and had already used my town teleport, it was a long walk back b:cry

    Lol. Yep. A cleric friend of mine was stuck in Town of Arrivals and he didn't have another set of wings in the bank.....

    Ouch. Is there any sort of timer on the aerogear to let you know when it's going to expire? My understanding is that they last 1 week. I don't have to worry for a while yet since I haven't reached the righ box level to get them but I like to be prepared :)

    Yes if you hold the mouse of the aerogear icon it gives you a break down of how many days and hours are left.... I had better gear to start with so it just sat in the bank till it expired.

    If he had no wings in the bank, and, assumably, no wings in his inventory, did he sell off all of his wings?

    I always have two sets of wings on me, the natural and the hawk ones, now i just changed the "combo" with natural and the reward ones, dunno really why but I like having two sets of wings on me all the time, still it's a funny thing to happen lol.

    This has never happened to me at all even when I got 2 or 5 points of energy left in my natural wings.It has never happened to my cashshop wings.

    Same thing happened on my veno, i was afking flying to misfortune and i guess my mount died. I come back and I found out i have been killed by a lvl 7 sac assault mob -_-b:surrender

    Grievence,This may seem like a kick in the back but thanks for your horrible death. I forgot about the timer and almost went afk to do something but checked. I would have fell somewhere around Thousand Streams. So thanks for dieing

    my friend was coming to help me with a quest, he went afk for a lil bit, so his auto pathed glitched to were he went way over were i was, and every 1 kept tryin to get hold of him, he landed in the center of anglers village and for 5 minutes i watched his health bar go down

    once he got back all he said over vent was wtf wth, all i had to say was "well u sling shot over me and u went afk, wat did u expect to happen?"

    this joke below was done in caption contest i belive and if not i wish i said it

    LoL i dont really like the reward aerogear because it looks horrible and it is SLOW!
    It is 1.50 and my flying sword is +3.0 as it is so it is no use to me anyway xD

    i had 30 minutes left on mine and planned on staying in arch near bank, so i didnt worry about it. then i remembered i needed to grind for money for daily. autopathed to swiftwind. made 10k. autopathed back... died to tree mobs 20meters from inside arch walls. b:cry

    I was afk and auto-pathing when my wings disappeared. An autopath glitch meant i kept running on my route. When I came back I noticed that the big bad adalwolf boss from orchid temple, as well as about 36 mobs had chased me all the way to archosaur where they were ripping everyone apart.
