Rare Pets, not what you think

This isn't your standard rare pet question, i.e. what spawn time, etc. I was just going through the list of rares at the AH and there seem to be quite a few rare pets labeled in there that I either 1) have not paid attention to 2) have never seen talked about.

Even if you look at the rare pet map no one ever talks about some of the other rares. Are they all in the game yet? Do people camp and use these? I'm just curious if one day there will be new rare pets added in.

    The AH is full of pets that just aren't available yet. The code is there, they just need to "flip the switch" to activate them. It's possible that we will eventually see all of them released, but I don't think even the GM's know for sure. Just have to wait and see.

    If it's in the game right now you can safely bet that someone will be there camping it. Your best bet is to keep trying, eventually you will either get lucky and show up alone or get lucky and get the tame.

    Although you really have to ask how rare is a Huggy Hare...... its not like they are in the endangered species list or anything..... Some with Plumpfish

    Yeah some of them are definitely mislabeled as rare. I suppose they're rare in that they require a reasonably high level to tame. That really only goes for their all-class version though. Meh, idk, lot's of translation issues in the game.
