Please Help! Update Isn't Working!

I reinstalled PW. When it's trying to update, it wont do it. It says it failed connection or something like that.

And NO, don't bull**** me with manual patches, they don't work too. And NO, I tried turning firewall off....it doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the game more for lots of times. Nothing is working! I am angry! b:angry

    this is the patch server/site
    it doesnt react if you go to. so the update server is down orzo, i think.

    Yea, the site isn't working on me too. Lot of people have this problem.

    Nobody's going to help US? There is alot of members who are having the same problem.

    if been checking some stuff out and in the end it came near to a file.
    when i tryed some stuff were it has to connect to the server somehow. it said something about the pid.ini file. thats also a file needed for patch to connect. so there are 2things. 1 update server is down. 2 the code/number in the pid.ini isnt correct [anymore]. so its not the problem of your virusscanner or firewall or router. no the problem can only made correct again bij PWI people. so please GM. could you coppie the text in the pid.ini file and post it. or bring update server up again. ( c>program files>PWI>patcher>server>pid.ini ) this is were you can find the file.

    I'm having this problem too and it's terrible! I really wanna play. It keeps getting stuck on the elements.data part. I've reinstalled it and everything, but it stops in the same place and gives me some message saying "File download error". I've tried everything, what now?

    Have you tried installing the East-Asian language packs?

    I think I already have that on my computer. I had no trouble installing the game, its just this one latest update that keeps **** up. I'm not a computer expert, so if something evolves lots of complicated things then it probably won't get done. =3
