Where should i put my points?

WitchBurner - Sanctuary

Two builds,

LA Every level, 1DEX, 1STR, 3MAG. This build is for PvP(Pre level 90).

Pure Even levels 5MAG
Odd levels 4MAG, 1STR.(PVE Build, Post level 90 THE ONLY BUILD).

Two other.....abominations exist.

Hybrid Even levels 4MAG, 1VIT
Odd levels 3MAG, 1VIT, 1STR.(This build is recommended for morons who really, really suck at this class).

Heavy Armour. If I give you this build will you actually use it or just laugh.

What the hell are you smoking? This build is recommended to those of us who hates to be 1shotted by everyone and their mom. Though I'd recommend full vit: 6 mag, 3 vit, 1 str every two levels. With def stones, it gives maximum survivability of all builds including LA and still deals high damage. It's kinda impossible to make wizard weak damage-wise, the trick is to make wizard strong hp/def-wise. (On russian pw servers, vit build is generally considered the best on high-levels. Also, wizard is generally considered as one of the best pvp classes, not something weak/gimped/unbalanced like here on PWI. Strange coincedence, eh?)

First 100 level player on first official russian PW server was heavy wizard. You can start to laugh.

Meaning you're basically the same as a LA wizard, except less critrate and less pdef. For... slightly more mdef? Fail build.

MORE pdef and, most important, MORE hp. Def is not really higher in % reduction, but hp...

Both all +4. To gain equal hp, light must be all +6-7.

Haiz - Lost City

Heavy build is pro. The only reason why you go heavy build is so you can carebear your way to level 100 and zhen easily. Then at 100 90% of the mages restat back to robe.

Mizorie - Lost City

4 str ans 1 int every lvl.
