Can someone give me info on cube of fate?

im not really sure what the cube of fate is, iv seen some mention of it on WC (mostly ppl complain their stuck and cant get out) but other than that i cant find any info on it, what ios it? what lv requmended for it? what can i expect in there? whats r the rewards? how many times can i enter per day? etc... etc.., can someone plz give me some info on it? ty in advance

(also not sure if its relavent for cube but im a lv67 wizard)
