zen not crediting into my account

using google checkout. waited 2hrs. zen is still not in. anyone who had this problem before? can someone tells me what's going on.

p.s : have already sent 2 ticket to customer support. so that is of no help.

    Issues such as yours are not discussed on the forum. You will have to wait for an answer from Customer Support. Alternatively sending a pm to one of the Forum GM's would work too though they won't be in till Monday.
