GMs lack at their jobs? Why?

Why don't GMs ever respond to anyone in need? I've heard countless complaining about how they don't help and didn't think anything of it until I needed help myself

Since they don't like being bothered much. (I guess we're that much of a nuissance) I ask in tickets and I ask in game. I even world chat it and no response. The only time I've seen a real response was on the forums.

If you're not going to respond to anyone at least tell us you wont so we're aware of what kind of game we're playing. I can't even find a contact number from these guys.

    Just don't get banned for invalid region. I hate losing a week of dailies because their auto-banner thought I was from china and they reply to my tickets once per full moon.

    Does "/GM" even work in game? This is crazy. They literally letting the game run on it's own.

    You just realized this at 96? In-game wise myen gm's were waaaay more active.

    GM coverage is 24/7, but they can't be ingame all the time. Tickets are the most reliable way to get a response, as every ticket is read and reviewed. GM's will never respond to worldchat. However, please allow about 48 hours for a ticket to progress. If you haven't received a reply by then, or your issue hasn't been solved (not all tickets get a response), you may send another ticket.

    I've done so countless times. And yes I have waited more than 48 hours. Is there a contact number I can use to reach someone that can help me?

    There is a billing number. I found if I bug them enough they get people to check my tickets :3 They don't list the number anywhere though and I don't know it off by hand.

    Well if there is 100 people in line and we don't have 100 GMs.. there tends to be a problem?

    Hire more GMs is the solution... just da ... training and money heheh... Well, non-professional freebies as GMs will the future answer! Woot! I wanna sign up to be a GM!

    They only check your tickets when you call them on the billing number IF you are a Cash Shop user.

    Even if you're not a regular cash shop user and don't wanna/dont need to waste irl money on the game, i would suggest you still try to load up some zen on all your accounts. That way you will get faster help if you're getting randomly banned. Its for your own safety since the paying customers here get better service b:cute.

    I received a 1 week ban for "hacking and botting" when I haven't done either. I Have sent a total of 4 tickets and 10 emails and the only responses I get are vague excuses for an obvious mistake.

    Don't wanna get banned? don't join CQ.

    And... I have cash shopped quite a bit.

    I've only ever been responded to by world chatting. So does that make this entire post invalid?

    I hate all the complaining that goes on about the GM's. There are literally thousdands of people on this game and if we are really lucky 2 or 3 GM's on at a time. This is their job and they are trying their best and if you don't like the way they are doing it there is a place to submit your resume. Quit whining, be patient, and if you don't like it try to get the job to do it yourself.

    It's not like they are doing this voluntarily. It's their job and it's like any other job. People don't pay to get bad service and if they can't hire enough people it is in no way our fault. People have a right to complain when the GM's basically let the game run itself.
