    By saying that wizards are mostly a PvP class, one not necessarily mean it's a class for which PvP is easy. It's a PvP class in the sense, that it's purpose in the game is to satisfy some not entirely healthy, masochistic needs of some players. And it's ok.

    The only problem is that PWI is not clear and honest about it.

    wizards are nearlyas flexible as clerics...

    you can solo magic bosses
    you're always preferred as DD because archers pull too much aggro
    you can play cleric role healing barbs
    you're better solo compared to clerics (higher phys def, higher mp recovery, more mp, better aoe)
    you're not a xp leech in squads
    you don't need charms to get levels
    you can attack groups of mobs nearly as good as venos

    bull****, 9/10 times I pull just as much or more aggro than an archer my level

    no class is if they know how to play their class
    you do if you want to lvl fast, or not spend hours on end farming apo mats
    again any class who knows what they are doing can too...


    As for this thread, you all have your opinions, now shut up and go crawl in a hole and die. Wizard is an awesome class if you know how to play it.

    I'm about to hit 60 soon and so far I'm happy being a wiz (gonna be LA till 90). I play for about 4h a day (sometimes more, sometimes less) and die to monsters maybe once a week, so I don't feel THAT squishy as people often describe. Questing (except bosses) isn't much of a problem since I'm all the time with an archer, so the monsters die fast as hell but even soloing monsters isn't a problem so far.

    Really, I don't understand why people talk bad about wizards all the time. Maybe I lack comparison since I started with wiz but I don't really plan on trying out anything else atm b:cute
