Archer help!

when i equip my weapon it's red
i have the skills and lvl for it
and i cant equip arrows either
its the rigth arrows and it wont work
so for now i cant use my archer

whats wrong with it?

and they are both new bows
just recently bought

    Perhaps Str/Dex Requirement not met?

    When you equip your item to your character, you must have met all the requirements, but if you unequip some equips that lower your Str or Dex, your weapon might turn red.

    If your weapon turns red, your arrows will turn red also

    Some things to look for:
    repair your weapon
    buy arrows that are the right lvl for your bow
    if the arrows are for lvl 1-16 wep they'll work
    if the arrows are a higher lvl than your wep, they won't work

    buy enough arrows 1k+

    Not having enough arrows wouldn't cause his weapon to turn red though, although you won't be able to attack if you are out of arrows (or bolts or shot, depending on the weapon). If the weapon is red, you either don't have the level or strength or dexterity to equip it, or it's broken and needs to be repaired. I know you said you've met all the requirements, but those are really the only reason it would be red. Having the wrong level arrows might do it, I've never seen that happen though.

    Piece of advice: always keep an older bow in inventory, in case your "main" breaks (I do this will all characters, not just my archer). Why can't you use your archer? What happened to the bow you had before you bought the new ones?
