Faction TW Alliances

I know there have been similar suggestions about this matter, but maybe with a greater volume we could have a chance to get this implemented.
I; along with others think that factions should be allowed to form alliances in territory wars. This way smaller factions could have a chance at gaining some territory. I am on the Sanctuary server and all the territory is taken over by two very strong factions: Nefarious and Legendary. Very few factions participate in TWs because they don't have a chance at winning. This is why there should be faction alliances.
What I mean by an alliance is not the traditional alliance, but rather a way where two factions can attack a faction with multiple territories at the same time. This would force the stronger faction to partition its forces to defend each territory.
Of course there should be limitations to this. There should be alliance requirments to help prevent very strong factions forming alliances.
For example; the factions under the alliance must have less than two territories each in order to form an alliance.
The whole idea of this is to come out with a way to make factions have to split up their forces to defend their territores. Comment on this and give your ideas to how this could be achieved.

Agreed, except maybe you have to pay a price to make Alliances? Like if you own 1 territory (or maybe 3 territories between each other?), both factions have to pay <amount of money>.
And the more territories you both own, the more you have to pay until one faction gets 3 territories and you have to split up again.For example; the factions under the alliance must have less than two territories each in order to form an alliance.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Well, keep in mind, the alliance is not attacking the same territory. Each faction in the alliance is attacking a different one. The attacks just happen at the same time so the large faction has to defend both territories simultaneously.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
