Archer Skills

Hi,

I'm wondering where I can learn skills defined in the archer guide on top? I am level 15 now and I still have 2 default skills: Take Aim and Quickshot. How do I get other skills such as Blazing Arrow (Lvl 6) and Frost Arrow (Lvl 9)?

    There are NPC's called "Archer Trainer" Or in Archsonsaur "______ the Archer", there you can learn skills.

    there's also a ______ the archer close to the elder of Plume city. go there
