I purchased my zhen($10) a good 1+ hour ago and yet, it's still reviewing. I'm just wondering if this is normal or there is a problem?

I used google checkout if that helps an activated my email and unchecked the box.

    I haven't run into this issue recently but the first transaction or two, took an hour or so (maybe 3 hours) to get the Zhen I purchased online. After the first transaction, it seems like it takes up to thirty minutes, though I usually receive it within five minutes most recently.

    Log out and then back in again, you won't see the Zen there until you do this.

    Hello,

    While your payment's status says "reviewing", the payment solution you have used has not completed their part of verifying the purchase. Once they have processed the payment on their side and sent the payment to Perfect World Entertainment, the status will change from reviewing. There is no estimated time that these things take so you just need to be patient while the payment solution approves/denies your purchase. The newer your account is, the chance of your payment taking a while to approve is increased.

    Same here, I waited 24 hours already, still nada. Can't be bothered with ticketing, cause it's PBC's problem.

    wow.. I typically wait about 5 seconds.. at the most. Sometimes it's almost like it doesn't even review? b:surprised

    I have never had to do that. The most I have ever needed to do is close the boutique and open it again.
