Issue with Add Smiley function in Chat (not Chat Window or Personal Chat)

Hi, I have the following issue:
When I right-click on players in my Friends list and then click Chat, no smileys panel pops up when I click on the little green smiley.
Is it normal?

    It should popup... Have you tried a verify from the launcher?

    Yes, verified it already.
    It doesn't pop up, useless clicks ^_^''

    I have found the reason, I keep the chat window at the bottom of my screen and when I click to get the smileys panel, that panel does not pop up but it pops "down" so I couldn't see it... Well the place where it pops up seems default and everytime I have to move the smileys panel, so I have to keep the chat window on the upper part of the screen, that it is not nice...

    If what I wrote could not seem clear, it should be read twice (or slower), thanks :p
