I have a question {please read}

I was very excited when I hit lvl 30. I got to fly and could learn alot of new spells.
Well, when I went to learn Dragon Breath it said I needed "one spark".
I have the coin and the Spirit
What is a "spark"? and where do I get one?

Also I noticed today when my cursor passed over my CHI bar that it never reaches 100
it stayes at 99/100 no matter how many mobs I kill. ( an I killed alot)
Someone please help me. I cant learn any new spells. An there are 2 pages of spells avalable.

    A spark is what you get when you get 100 chi. Sounds like you need to finish up your 29 cultivation, and then the skill will become available, as well as the ability to earn sparks.

    yea i noticed when i first got dragon's breath, i read that my chi needed to be 100/100

    i noticed that and i saw that it was still 99/100

    but after a few seconds later, i noticed tis red flaming thing next to my chi bar. so i decided to try out dragon's breath, and i noticed that the red flaming thing is gone, so i now realized, thats a spark!

    how you know you have sparks???
    easy..
    see your bar of chi??? At right will appear something like a shard shinning when your chi goes to 100 and then it will be to 0 again but the shard it will be shine....
    you said you are esciting for new spells...dont learn every spells its wasting money... Study whats better and whats is not better to you...

    Are u talking about spiritual cultivation? I just finished the Aware of Harmony quests.

    Im pickin an choosing which spells I learn. An not upgrading all my spells just certain ones.

    There must be something I missed somewhere. I used the find Quest eairlier on {before lvl 20} I dont have to now I have so many Im doing.

    I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who read and answered my question. I grinded like mad on my spiritual quests and finally an able to spark. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Farng for giving his life so I could spark. Keep doin what you do an we'll keep killn ya.

    Gratz!

    BTW, be careful with Dragon's Breath, it's notoriously weak and seems useless at that level(against regular mobs it's suicide). But once you hit 50 it becomes great for boss fights (So you can sit back and chill), also at level 60(If you have the money) you can zhen, basically this means you perform Dragon and a cleric uses blue ball (a continuous healing spell) whilst other people pull 5-15 mobs into your spell.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.
