bad connection/dc to/from forum/server

I experience this from time to time.

I get dcd from the game. ok, happens.
BUT I can't log in for ~5 mins because I can't connect to the server again. funny thing is, when this happens, I also can't access the forum. I get an error that the page is currently unavailabel. as soon as I can connect to the game I can access the forum again and vice versa.

all other websites and online games work fine when it happens.

also I have the feeling that the game lags more since the last patch and the forum takes longer to load. >.>

any suggestions/explanations?

yep, some time ago already.

but I don't see how this can help me, since my connection is fine all the time, but I randomly dc and can't access the game/forum for ~5 mins afterwards. this happens maybe once a week or so.

I'm trying to verify now, but that still doesn't explain why I can't access the forum either when I dc from the game.
