question about soul gems

is there any way that i can remove gems from weps or armors and add new 1's? if there is or isnt. let me kno. thanks for the help.

    You can remove them at the blacksmith, BUT the gems disappear after you remove them. However, you can imbue different gems afterwards.

    You can but you will lose the gems you put in there.

    For armor you go to the Tailor and weapon go the the Blacksmith.

    There will be an option to Purify the equipment. Press that and all of the shards will be taken out.
