male veno/Beastmaster class

i am a guy, and yes i play a venomancer. imo this is a great class, and i really like the battle pet system. what i dont like is that in order to use the battle pets, i have to role play a girl. im not heartbroken by it, but i, and many many others, feel there shoud be a choice of gender, like it is with the other classes. my suggestion is this: (1)-add the option to become a male venomancer or female barbarian, or (2)- add a new race, opposite of untamed, with a male beastmaster and a female warrior. i am really hoping for this change. for suggestion 1 as an add on, a limited edition cash shop item that allows a one time gender change could be added, enabling us men out here to play our own gender without making a whole new character. i really hope for this change in the game, and i kno users have influenced changes already, and i hope this suggestion is really considered. plz leave comments and help this happen! if enough ppl ask, im sure it will happen someday :)

    In relation to the mythology this game is based on,i'm sure taking some artistic license with it won't kill them,and it would make them shed loads of money from CS sales.

    you have to? if you are "role playing" a girl sounds like you may have some inner issues... i know plenty of males who play veno and don't "role play" a female....

    And if you are into Role-playing, just tel everyone that your character was born a male, but at the age of 13 he tried to steal something from this old withc and she turned him into a girl. Problem solved.

    Just be thankful that you didn't play a year or so ago on MY-EN....back then, archers/BMs could only be male, wizzies/clerics could only be female.

    j/k dude, I agree with your first suggestion though. Do you know how weird it is to constantly be commented how hot my character is (she really is though lol) by other guys, I'm like ewwww. On the other hand, it gets me some free loot sometimes - I'm such a ****! b:laugh

    If you have issues being hit on by other guys than just make a very butch looking Veno. So you would only be hit on by other equally butch veno (who might be women in RL so your heterosexuality is not threaten) There! Problem solved!

    lmao think about it this way:

    If you play a dude character, you're stuck looking at a dude's **** for hours upon hours... that's pretty homo imho.

    If you play a sexy veno, now you're looking at digital eye candy (if you're into tails and stuff b:pleased) when you play.

    Seems like the "straight" thing to do is play a chick... although that might be pervy too idk.

    I play a veno as a male and see no problem. Do you have masculinity issues op? You should feel secure in your masculinity enough to play a girl and not feel homosexual or feminine over it if you do wanna be a veno :P.

    There should at least be the option, even if there is no issue with males playing female characters, which there isn't really.

    But, the reason there's so much variety and options in character creation and such a wide selection of cash shop clothing and accessories, is because players like to have a character look exactly as they want and be able to create what ever image they can think of or imagine.
    Not everyone wants to be a girl, same as not everyone likes the same cash shop outfits.
    The fact that wanting to be free to design your characters image as you wish cuts you out entirely from an full class (arguably one of the strongest PvE classes at that too) is a little crappy imo.

    As for having problems being hit on, pretty much everyone knows the majority of venos are really guys. There's something badly messed up with any guy who'd hit on a veno O_o

    And, as someone else has said, because this is based on Chinese mythology it is very likely to never happen.

    Considering how people react to male archers using a certain sill, I wonder how any of them asking for male venos expect to survive.

    How about you make the face look like a guy's. Give the character a flat chest. Make the measurements look boyish (Or at least skinny boyish) and...

    The thing that bugs me the most about Venos isn't just that you have to play as a girl but is the Eggs .They always list the price as 1 and in the auctioneer it is always in the millions. Like right now i have a death knight pet egg i found and I have NO IDEA what to sell it for.

    How do they make money? I mean if you can not tell how much you can sell a pet egg for then how do you even make money other than quests and selling DQ/random drops? It has got to be a burden. I am sure armor repairs aren't any problem though what with the Pets doing all the damage taking ^_~

    ((i would also love to know how much i can sell this Death Knight pet egg for XD))

    thats because pets arent of any value, only rare ones are
    common ones, unless upped with special not normally avaliable skills for said pet, are worthless.

    Isn't that a little unfair for venos? /: I mean say they get better pets than what they have...They wasted all the money on food and training them for nothing in the end /: What is the point of that?

    i whole heartedly agree with u i see no reason there shouldnt be a male venomancer option.
