I didnt say it was impossible just that what was described was not enough. Poison and Amp would add 40% more damage (but these were not mentioned). Frenzy would add more too, there is also a genie skill that can decrease defense level by 11. That screenshot doesnt show if it was a normal shot either (getting that high is easier with a take aim).

Under near ideal conditions 200k+ is possible.
