Are the orbs and stones worth it?
What ones are, and why?
Do they last foerever?

Dragon Orb

Function: Gives a 100% chance to successfully refine an item with a refining level that is below the number of stars on the Dragon Orb.

Tienkang Stone

Function: Greatly increases refining rate.

Tisha Stone
Function: Refining will only drop by 1 if refining fails.

    use orbs, all are 1 time use

    Orbs are good, stones not so much. If +1 fails once the Orb would have been worth it, and higher levels you can't afford to fail at all.
