Maximazing problem

Everytime I minimize the game to my taskbar and later maximaze it, I see the Windows cursor and when I click something, game minimizes itself again. The same problem is with the "Toggle Low/High graphics" thingy. It is very annoying and it's not happening with my other games. Please help.
