serious problem

i went to restart my comp but my pw froze so i manually restarted it from the back.
So when i got on and opened up pw this msg came up
The instruction at "0x00ff1243" referenced memory at "0x03da593c".
The memory could not be written click on ok to terminate program.

Whats wrong?... Please somebody help me

And if i click on support the same msg comes up.
