Hyena - Harshlands

I know other versions of this game to to very high lvl.. bu they always have a larger assortment of clothing to buy so im wondering a few things..

What is the max lvl in the PWI version?

As a barbarian that was not made for tanking but for killing others and soloing and ****s and giggles... what gem should be in armor and weapons.. i know cloth uses phys resist light uses hp so im assuming mag resist is better but i want to be sure.

This has already been covered in other threads, please search a bit before posting.

Level is currently capped at 105.

Clothing available has nothing to do with level but depends on other factors, it should be noted new options are frequently being released.

Regardless of your build, elemental resistance is likely to be the best option as it better balances your weak points.

Edit; by other versions of the game do you mean the private servers where you can get to levels 100+ on a single day? Forum rules don't allow us to discuss it so i'll only say i wouldn't actually consider those a serious option.

than you i was also thinkin of doing magic resist till 60+ then switching to health gems for my Perdition. is that a bad idea? and also clothing does matter to lvl without there crappy selection here i would have thought lvl cap was the same as other countries... and sense im somone that quickly gets only str dex i need then all rest vit i would have had a really really bad stat build end game.. but sense they have no selection in clothing i knew this version was not very progressed.

You're obviously mistaking clothes for armor, also i know some people like to defend unconventional builds but yours doesn't sound like a good idea at all, barbs aren't meant to be damage dealers. Try rolling a BM.

Clothing : has NOTHING to do with your stats, clothes have level requirements but your build is insignificant to clothing. Also unless there are clothing that have a level requirment of 100+ in the game then that has nothing to do with the level cap in the game, and considering the clothing in the game gos from higher level to lower level and back and fourth you are looking at something for an answer you wont get.

Armor: this does have level requirements as well as stat requirments this will go hand in hand with your build, armor is not purchased through the botuiqe(sp?)

if that doesnt answer your question you need to stop doing this: b:angry

and ask a bit more clearly and without cursing everyone in some odd expectation of a helpfull responce.

I think he meant Arcane armor / robes use phys def shards and light armor use HP shards (as he said he's from a different version), so please don't jump on each others' throat for a small "misunderstanding"...

As for your original question here @Hyena, for pvp/pk barb, (and mind this, it is just an observation, not my actual experience) staff your weapon with accuracy shards, as accuracy itself is lacking from the start, and for armor go still with HP gems, as they enhance both your physical and magical tanking (not PvE tanking, but ability to sustain both sources of damage), and enhance your Beast King Inspiration buff for another 30% of he gems' bonus. Also, do not forget to refine armor, and get additional HP from it, while for magical defense take the magic ornaments + refine (necklace and belt); their "small" bonus will prove more useful then the "big" one (rule of diminishing returns)...
