? in Character screen

When u press "c" and go the the character screen what does the yellow ? mark do in it. Like i click it, hover mouse over it, and no idea what it does. Does anyone else know what it does?

    It's the in-game help system for navigating/using the client, and tells you how to do things, and what different things mean, like the color of the mobs name etc.
