I was wondering what it takes to get a new set of wings. Do I have to Pay actual money or just in game money and what level must I be before they become available? Thanks.

you get the brown wings from a quest at lvl 30. the other ones are in the cash shop, but you can find them in the auction house or in other player's catshops too.

I am guessing you are below level 30. At level 30 you do get a free pair of wings as a quest reward. Unfortunately these aren't much faster than the starting wings (slower if you levelled flying mastery).

To buy the better wings in the game you need to visit the cash shop. You use a currency called Gold to buy items in the cash shop.

There are 2 ways to purchase gold:
    -real money
-in-game coins through the auction hall gold exchange

Like Flau said: Better wings may also be purchased directly from players. Keep an eye on whether or not they've been upgraded or not. A set of basic cash shop wings will usually run at or below the price needed to buy the gold with coin if you buy direct from a player (due to auction fees and needs of the seller).
