make job classes usable 4 all players

i don't mind playing as a barb but how about making all job classes avalable 2
all races giving us players a wide selection and that april fool's joke u played
this month is not a bad idea heck i fell for it but really not a bad idea a that a
barb or veno that use elvin wings it will make the game more fun
