Yes, there are four different kinds of reset items available at the boutique which will allow you to do precisely this, although at your level it might just be easier to fix the problem through future stating or to start all over again. It would help us give you better advice if you could post your stats to see what, if any, damage has been done.

If you're trying for an arcane build you've added too much to Str and Dex is not usually considered a useful stat... It can be worked out tho, and i would recomend for you to try and rough it out for a few levels. Str is your main problem (you have almost as much as me) but it's probably not worth restating as you'll eventually need it. You shouldn't stat any more until you're well into 60+. Dex is the attribute you should restat, an intermediate reset note will cost you 2 gold and you should put everything you get from it into mag, however it might take you a small while to save enough coin at your level. Unless you're charging zen (in which case you should just restat) i would add 1 to Dex (might as well get the extra crit) just once and then wait till you have enough coin you can restat all to mag. Everything else you get from leveling up should go into mag for at least a couple of levels or until you've added up enough that you feel your damage is good enough to get you through your questing, at which point you may begin adding some vit (never more than 3 every 2 lvls) if you feel you need better survivability. I think if you follow my sugestions you'll be back on track in no more than 5-6 lvls, the extra Str might gimp you a bit but it shouldn't be too noticeable and it will certainly become less so as you level up. Once again this is based on the asumption you were shooting for an arcane build, hope this is useful.
