Lag in all the cities

Im having a big problem with lag in most of cities , my char is walking sooo slow, i never had lag problems and my conection is pretty good too.. my Pc configurations are this : Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz , 2Gb ram , 160Gb HD and GeForce 8400Gs. I had to let my Pc to repair and i lost all the files and had to re-install PWI i have the first version of the install.. u guys think i can solve that lag problem downloading the newest version of the game? please i need help... thank you all.

You may have to update your video drivers and other parts of your system.
