I believe this quest is currently bugged, I have the quest item and It said Quest complete but when i look in my quest log it says I still need the quest item.

    After killing a mob to get it the first time, you have to get it again by picking an herb. If it says that you don't pick an herb, you probably still have to kill the mobs.
