Does only the starter Elven Wings work with speed upgrade?

Or does Eagle Wings work also with it? I've been a bit confused about this.

Edit : Also, how do you get your duration back up? to 300/300 instead of 0/30?

    only starter elve wings
    decomp equips for chi stones and drag stones onto wings, its expensive

    just means that if you refuel your wings, they have a duration of x amount of fuel until you run out. Read my post you will understand more. And no you cannot upgrade any wings not sold in the boutique. Upgrades only effect boutique wings.

    I had a similar reaction, Sir Mosz.

    Perhaps a guide should be started and stickied; this is getting ridiculous.
