All class fairy that adds HP/MP recovery

I've heard that venos can solo TT runs and make a couple million a night.
I would love to do that and I think a lot of other players would too.
A fairy (or other creature) could heal constantly adding HP or MP recovery, driving down the cost of buying and manufacturing potions.
Also we might get a better chance at soloing a TT.
