Cleric hp/mp regen suggestion

There are at least 1-2 topics concerning cleric hp/mp regen buffs replacing existing apothecary herb regen buffs when cast on someone. I got to thinking about it and thought of a way to fix the situation and make people happy.
Currently, the amount of regen from the skill is way too low, even when maxed, compared to using herbs. It starts at 1 point regen per second at level 1 and up to 10 points a second at level 10. That's nowhere near enough to be effective for long since the basic apothecary herbs can do 50 points a second (and would eventually use up a lot of potions and meditation time if herbs are not used). So I suggest that the amount of regen from level 1 be 50 points a second (same as basic herb effect) and going up to 100 points a second at level 10 (same as highest herb effect).
