at what level do you get to decide if you want to be demon or sage?

    i think it's lvl 89, not sure

    It's level 89 when you do your cultivation.

    In order to get those 'addon skills' (get it to lvl 11) you need books. You'll can find more info searching around the forums a bit. :3
