What pants to get?

Heya! What pants should I get? I am a lvl 70 PVE Pure wizard, and I now use the mantavip quest reward with hp stones in it.

The options: Rank 3 lvl60 pants, refine it for hp (can't refine mantavip pants).

TT70 pants (very expensive and bad stats)

Try to find a 3 star lvl 73 normal pants.

Dark hades pants lvl 70 legendary (very expensive + I dont really need the psy def stats).

Use this mantavip till 80 and get TT80 (gold?)...

For robes I'm okay, I have a 3 star lvl 70 normal +2 with hp stones (was already refined when I bought it) and I am planning on buying the lvl 77 legendary robe. I will use that till I am 90.

Any help? =)

    Well if you are a Pve Wizard, you should pickup a 3* at the Auction House with +hp/+vit mods.
    From 74 to 78 you'll start to grind on Dragonmaid so try to get a arcane with good water resistance. With 10k+ water resistance you can tank 4 of them without problem.

    I used it till 77. =)
