eagle wings vs elven wings

So i recently got the Eagle Wings, and i have the natural elven wings. In the skill description for Flight Mastery it says that it only effects natural elven wings. does this mean that it doesn't effect any other wings? like the butterfly ones or any of the ones from the boutique?

    Flight mastery will only effect the natural wings. It will not give you a + XX m/s to eagle or any of the CS wings. So really the skill is useless to even learn unless you don't plan on using any other wings. Only draw back to using the elven wings is the -2 mp regen.

    ok, thank you! Now i feel smart...lol. And is there a way to reset points you have spent on vitality, magic, strength, or dexterity?

    Yes, there is. You can either buy a 'Stat Reset' note from the Boutique or from other players who are selling the item. As an alternative, if your character's level is still quite low, you might want to consider the cheaper option of restarting your character.

    and that the max bonus for the skill is +2m/s while the boutique ones can get upgraded to +3 plus another +2 boost if you bother using up fuel
