    YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND
    WE FAILED HIM.

    Pandora has been one of the best guild leaders in this game. But recently with his lack of interest and newly found interest in his L2 private server part of the guild, he hasn't been as active. And when he has been active we don't know what the **** he's thinking because he's doing everything without explaining anything. (EG worldchatting 40+ trumpets a day, bidding 15m on bloodlust which could've easily been lost, freaking out to get a world boss together while avoiding the perfect worldians in vent...). Frankly, Column has been leading this guild for the past 2 months, without the tag, and it's about time Pandora stepped down. If he doesn't want to play, fine, but to make such an obscene post basically **** talking the guild that made his guild what it was is just unacceptable. I take my hat off to you Pandora, because you just destroyed any respect that was left from about 90% of your members. Or I should say ex-members.

    Let me know how much your account makes you, because I'm really interested to see how much guild funds can net you.

    Hey, w/e. If he thinks we're not enjoying PW because we do HH to get guild members gears so they can enjoy it like the high lvls, that's his opinion. It's not like we had a week of PvP every day around fish, which he never attended (I don't care why, he could have been organising a terrorist bombing for all I know). My point is, just because he's been MIA and distant from the people that still play PWI doesn't mean we stopped having fun. RQ is no longer willing to jump on all his whims when he wants to do something once every 2 weeks and demands guild funds to be used for zhening. He was a great leader and will always have my respect for being the best at what he did, but you can't be a leader when you don't lead. He's said less on vent and gc than he has in WC last few months, it was obvious his interests shifted.

    Bad choice to rant on the forums.

    Even with that said though, the post wasn't all that "Ragequit'ish".
    Sounded like a rather (deep down spike) calm post rather than a "Holy @$!@ this guild @!#!@ing @#!@s now!" type of Ragequitting.

    Best of luck to RQ with the new leadership though.
    Column is an able leader as well.

    He was a good leader, no one can deny that. The best at what he did. But none of it covers up the BS move he pulled here. From what it seems, PWI-RQ is called a "failure" so he has an excuse to rage quit the game and go play L2. He wasn't capable of leading a good guild of PvPers to victory in a PvP game. As far as I'm concerned, good riddance to him. With the attitude of "Kill ****, fail, and leave", RQ is better off without him. It looks like under the new leadership, RQ is actually progressing much more than they did ever before since they no longer have a leader that doesn't encourage people to keep up with the server in order to keep factor status in PvP... Good luck to RQ and it's new leadership.

    Actions speak louder than words.
    And the way he acted was unacceptable. He knows how to talk it off, like everythings cool. It's one of his better attributes. But it doesn't work on the people who have seen it used to damage control so many times before.

    You guys got all this wrong..... Mystic never even cared about being a factor, or owning lands, being high lvl, being rich, etc. He cared about having fun, we did, he semi-quit for a long time and didn't see it last few months, but we never stopped having fun. Sure, all his friends quit before because it was a grind fest, and let's face it the people that quit weren't grinders....some can say they just couldn't handle failing when the going got tough, but that's no different than most of the server.
    I think what most people really care about is that we stuck with him and he didn't stick with us, he simply...gave up. L2 is a great game, but it's even older than PW, and it's even more broken than PW currently is. I don't blame him though, out of the RQ that exists right now, there are a handful of original RQ, and he went with his freinds that played other games with him b4.

    PS: He didn't post it on these forums, some1 else did, and they really shouldn't have if they have access to RQ forums, that was low imo.

    Pandora and RQ both make valid points, unlike this thread, which is seemingly without one.

    Nobody in RQ has to explain anything to anyone. People leave the game because they want to.

    O.o conflicting ideas? Though on the post itself Mystic said he played for fun.... And I think that's what a game should be. To win at any cost is always to set yourself up for failure... But to enjoy winning is something else...

    He's playing L2 with his old enemies and friends until Aion is out. He didn't ragequit, he just stepped away from the drama having experienced the peace when he had the chase to while his PC was broken.

    Even without Pandora RageQuit still exists and will always be there unlike those factions that vanished one fine morning.

    If it makes you feel better to think and recite Pandora ragequit, go on say it a thousand times and knock yourself out. Because it's the only thing you can ever do.

    You have got to be the most fail troll I've ever encountered. If anything, the 2 posts support each other. I said, "PANDORA DIDN'T ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO STAY CAUGHT UP WITH LEVELS IN ORDER TO REMAIN FACTORS IN PVP." Torin said, "PANDORA NEVER CARED ABOUT BEING A FACTOR." Those two statements don't contradict, they say the exact same thing: Pandora didn't encourage people to be factors because he didn't care about being a factor. The only thing I added was that's stupid since RQ is about PvP, but you can't do **** in PvP without the levels to back it up.

    Though maybe you can have both.. who knows.

    Fun is short lived in this game when you don't have the levels. And from what I'm hearing, RQ is still having fun even though they have resorted to leveling and enjoying the PvE aspect of the game. It's not like you can't PvP while leveling. [ie doing world quest].

    Sucks to know that Pandora quit.From what i've realised,he was playing the game to have fun,not really competitive,just playing it for his pleasures.Some ppl may hate on him for how he bragged or his attitude towards certain situations but again,he's being himself and letting everyone know his personal opinions.Heck,i had some sort of hate towards him back in the days but then i saw his intentions.I wouldn't want RQ to die as well,they make this server hella fun.So take care pandora,live it up.

    Actually, Pandora always said how it was about the "fun". However, he always used to get so upset about everything that it took away his credibility. Even more, the manner in which he left isn't the way a person that's only looking for fun would. He was hoping to make some kind of a long lasting impression, which has nothing to do with his personal enjoyment. He'd hoped his guild would prosper in such a way that everybody would remember them to be something epic. However, when he realized things weren't going the way he'd hoped, he stopped, obviously. If you read the post he made over there, you can tell it wasn't about "I'm not having fun anymore", there was more...

    Alot of people saw there was more to it also, especially when he locked topics discussing it. But what matters is that after his retirement the guild is exactly the same. Still motivated, still grinding, still pking, still chatting on vent, and unlike most guilds that lose their leader nobodys quit or guild hopped over it.
