What happened...?

I leave after playing a while this morning come back to the game and i can't load the game. I get as far as loading the character but after the loading bar finishes the game closes and I get an unexpected error form window. I've already sent in a few of those forms over the course of the day but i haven't gotten a response back. Have I been banned? I was reading something about accidental bans from two days ago but i'm not sure. I've managed to get into the game for a split second two times out of the tons i've tried getting on but then it immediately closes the game and goes to the error form window. I am in arch. I'm on heaven't tear server. If anybody has a clue as to what's going on plz let me know. thx.

I tried installing on my laptop. Game worked fine. Reformatted computer and the game is up and running now. Something I came across somehow affected the game without corrupting any of the game files. But it looks to be working fine now. Thanks
