Trading TT gold stuff

I do not have the Tailor skill required to make my HH80 shins (Spirit Eaters Shins). Can I get my friend who does have that skill to make them and then give them to me? Or are the yellow colored HH items untradable?

    All gold gear is tradeable as long as your friend doesn't equip it first. Once it's been equipped it becomes bound to that character, but there is a confirmation window that pops up so they don't do it by mistake.
