lolz I've been grinding since valentines and done no quests at all because i wanted a herc
now that i have a herc, a lot of quests available at lvl 56 (which i started grinding) just went pufft and i cannot start them.
so... just want to be sure, how high does my lvl need to be b4 the quests is no longer available?
thankfully cult quests doesn't apply to these rules XD

well remember a quest at level 2x, it's a timed quest to get ingredients for some dudei n archo, well I'm level 77 and still got that.

Impossible to do, drop rate too low

Level wouldn't matter because those are quest drops; in fact, it would be easier since you could kill faster.

As a general rule of thumb, around 10 levels higher than when you get the quest.
A large number of quests are unrestricted in level, or have a gap of something huge like 60, but as most quests are at least 10 levels, then in order to not miss any 10 levels higher is a good conservative approximation.
