What's chi? When i learned my new skills (frost arrow, and winged shell) I can't do them. Someone help xD

    Chi builds up based on skills used.

    Some skills require Chi, that's all.

    And to add on at what Zeph said. It's the bar where your name is shown.
    You can also refill it by embracing.

    Chi also is activated by normal attack and with Chi you create "sparks" (that's are upper levels), which you will need for other skills.
