How learn Kung Fu?

Hey im a quit high lvl Blademaster and getting stronger each day, but i still don't know how u can learn the Kung Fu from the "King of Kung Fu" NPC that's in many big cities. I've heard from ppl some fist blademasters already got the moves. So can someone explain me how you can learn them. Thx

    You don't learn Kung Fu.

    That NPC is used for an event, that is not implemented at the moment.
