Reference Picture

Hi,
I'm trying to put reference picture in my game so i can make a character look like the picture. I had read previous threads and they all say to use a userdatafolder/elements....idea and i dont have this folder. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do it?? any help would be great

    Or something like that depending where you saved PW.

    Put the pic in this folder, run the game and it should appear in in-game picture references.
