Another Problem

Aside from the disconnecting for no reason, whenever I try to buy stuff from npcs I get automatically disconnected. b:cry
I'm really tired of getting disconnected.

    You can sort of check internet traffic (like you can car traffic) here: http://www.internettrafficreport.com/

    this has just started happening though, would the links above still help if the problem just started?
    I had a perfect connection on monday, I never had to use the "best performance" thing in West Archosaur; and I had the graphic settings to the best settings. I never got disconnected except if I stayed on till the maintance started.
    But now; walking 5 steps in Swiftwind, I get disconnected. Buying things from the npcs (for crazy stone mainly), I get disconnected. Riding on my panther for 5 seconds, I get disconnected. I'm scared to play, do quests and get disconnected. I don't want to have wasted my money on charms for nothing.
    My dad checked the connection, and he said it's fine. He called comcast, and they said it was fine.
    Do I have a faulty file or something?
