I cant see other players

i cant see other players unless im like right next to them..and when i see them they all have the same looks whats up with that? can it be fixed?

    look in the upper left corner above your HP. should be 4 buttons. the third one is probably on. As for the same look, just go to system settings click the UI button and then click customization.
