Disconnected...All the time!

Ever since this morning's "update" of the boutique...my game has been laggy Since around 1:30ish am. I counted 6 (possibly more; sleepy) disconnections just waiting for crazy stone to time out (around 15 minutes).
I went to sleep, hoping it was just because of the update and would be fixed.
I logged on after I got home from school, 4:30, and it was lagging again.
The mini-map had no green, grey or npc dots; but I was still getting attacked when I ran by Broken Bow Bluff.
It lags when I click on a person (Player and npc), or my shortcuts. Even the chats lag. I was talking to my faction about this issue earlier and I got disconnected for the 4th time since I logged in.
This problem has never happened to me before. I'm not the only one with this problem that i've talked to, 6th other people i know have this problem and it started after the boutique update...

I'm not completely sure if this is an error, bug, or something to do with the game or just the 6 of us have suddenly gotten a crappy internet connection.
